Wonderful experience, families, couples or whomever!
Originally came here to raspberry pick for my princess, but turns out the juicy big ones are already taken in the morning, besides, buying the farms' boxes is the same price anyways, yet cleaner too.
Extra star for the retail, shopping experience, kinda like a farmer's market. Even an entire wall of cooler/freezer for the home-made ice cream, pies, perogies....
Worth the drive if you like it. -

During our week off in August, we planned a day trip to Chilliwack to check out the Sunflower Festival. On our way there, we made a stop at the Krause Berry Farm for the infamous waffle!
They have rotational features and the day we went it was blueberry waffle. The waffle came with one big scoop of blueberries, farm syrup & real whipped cream. I must say the waffle itself was pretty damn good. But next time I'd ask for less syrup (a bit too sweet for me)
P.S. If you like pies, they also sell those at the store. Too bad we weren't heading home right away, or I'd have brought one home to try -

Such a great farm for families or a weekend adventure. You're able to pick your own berries and bring them home, there's a winery and great food. I came strictly for the waffles and I must say, crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. They were topped with the most fresh strawberries and great whip cream (I am not usually a fan of whipped cream).
Despite having to cancel our food order at the food stand due to confusion, the only part of our order we got to try was the corn pizza and it was not bad. Kinda like Korean corn cheese on a pizza lol worth the drive out ! -

A large farm, and certainly THE farm in the neighborhood. This farm includes not only berries you can pick, but a full grocery/gift shop, a cafe and even a play field with bounce houses and balls (for a fee).
Raspberries and strawberries can be picked on site, after purchasing or weighing your basket, then doing the You Pick option. Blueberry picking requires a complimentary ride on a short bus up the road to another orchard.
It's the only you-pick farm we have ever seen where high school kids yell at you and your children to not pick berries, not eat any berries while you pick, and basically ha e no fun at all.
The raspberry waffles with house-made raspberry syrup and whipped cream were delicious! The corn pizza odd, but worth a try, and the apple fritters tiny, but tasty. We bought a blueberry-peach pie with great, flakey, buttery crust and vanilla ice cream to take home to our hosts, and they were thoroughly enjoyed! -

Krause Berry Farm is always a favourite for upick berry. We were lucky enough to catch the end of the strawberries season and was able to pick some nice sweet ones here! Aside from berry picking they also have market, winery and a variety of food for lunch. We had lunch here before our very picking and had the corn pizza, custard pie in a jar, stawberry waffle and berry smoothies. The corn pizza is a favourite of ours. It's stuffed eitb corn and artichoke - a healthier option than your usual pizza and it tastes great! And the waffles is alway super popular as well. You smell the waffle aroma as soon as you walk past the dying area by the winery. Really great place to take the family and kids love it here!
